Our work includes projects for leading private providers and NHS Mental Health Trusts.
Completed projects include brain injury units at Ardleigh, Essex and Grafton Regis, Northamptonshire; a new-build EMI unit in New Malden; refurbishment of acute mental health wards at Gordon Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital in London, and St Bernard’s Hospital, Ealing.
Projects currently in design include a £21.0m medium/enhanced medium secure unit for 60 women for West London Mental Health NHS Trust, situated on an historic brownfield site at St Bernard’s Hospital, Ealing.
Feasibility studies undertaken or in hand include Estate Strategies for Central and North West London Mental Health NHS Trust and West London Mental Health NHS Trust, and full business case design for three sites for C+NWL Mental Health NHS Trust.
