John Prior is a founding partner of Tuke Manton and is responsible for all project management and quantity surveying services for the practice. He has over 40 years experience across a wide range of QS services, from inception to Final Certificate. These include cost control, building and contractual issues, production of information for tenders, and all post-contract services. He also has experience of dispute resolution, including adjudications and arbitration.

Before jointly founding the practice, he spent ten years as partner responsible for QS services at Christopher Beaver Associates in London; three years as QS to multidisciplinary design teams at Arup Associates in London; and nine years as QS at Harris & Porter in London, where he also had responsibility for cost control of projects.
