John Prior was a partner of the practice from its foundation until July 2009. He continues as a consultant to the practice to advise on contractual, project management and construction costs.

He has over 40 years experience across a wide range of QS services, from inception to Final Certificate. These include cost control, building and contractual issues, production of information for tenders, and all post-contract services. He also has experience of dispute resolution, including adjudications and arbitration.
